Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

If you want Trafficly to delete your account and all associated Facebook-related data, follow the steps below.

1. Send an email to support@trafficly.app with subject: Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email used in your Trafficly account and your Facebook user ID (if available).
3. We may request identity verification to protect your account.
4. After verification, we process deletion and send confirmation by email.

Deletion scope

• User profile data stored by Trafficly.
• Connected ad account references and campaign metadata in Trafficly database.
• Associated optimization and usage records, except where legal retention is required.

Processing timeline: up to 30 days after identity confirmation, subject to legal obligations.
