Trafficly provides AI-assisted ad campaign creation and optimization for connected ad accounts. You are responsible for your ad content, targeting, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

Account responsibilities

• Keep account credentials secure.
• Use lawful content and valid rights for media uploaded or generated.
• Comply with Meta Ads Policies and local advertising laws.

Billing and plans

Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to your selected billing cycle. You can cancel from your account settings. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI-generated content

AI outputs are provided as assistance and may require user review. Trafficly does not guarantee approval, performance, or legal suitability of generated creatives.

Limitation of liability

Trafficly is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trafficly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
